"The three main floors of the building each consists of two three-bedroom flats and a luxurious penthouse. The main peculiarity of this building is that it was required to have a penthouse villa for the owner with a private entrance lobby and lift, a complete separation of the entrances between him and the other tenants (. …) [T]he treatment of the openings and the simple geometry of the plan emphasizes the sheer weight of the block” (Abu Hamdan, 1984).
The building construction material is a reinforced concrete skeleton with travertine marble cladding.
